About us
Hi! We are Jaime and Dennis. We are a husband and wife photography team that complement each other in all areas of life and thankfully, as a creative team as well! Jaime is the Capricorn and Dennis, the Libra so we've got you covered in all areas from dreamy to organized.
We are lucky enough to live in two of the most beautiful places in the world - Dunedin, New Zealand and San Francisco, CA. About 6 years ago, we decided to move to the South Island of New Zealand. It was a great move and changed us so much. We had so many cool adventures. The land is gorgeous, the people are down to earth, and the government and country as a whole makes a lot of sense. We have photographed weddings all over New Zealand and have been in helicopters, hanging off mountains, sliding down sand dunes, and getting some fantastic images.
In 2006 we had our not-so-little boy Alexander. That is when we decided that we needed to go back closer to home and family. We just couldn't bear the thought of leaving New Zealand, so we decided to split our time between the two countries. Lucky for us, people are getting married all over the world!
So getting back to the point - why would you hire us? Well, everyone is different, and thankfully, there are tons of photographers out there to suit every different style. We really want people to hire us because they absolutely love our photographs and think that we are generally cool people. We really do feel honored that people pick us to share the most important days of their lives with.

- Dennis wishes he had his camera permanently mounted as another limb (he pretty much takes it everywhere).
- When he is done with a wedding, he can't quite get it through his head that he needs to stop photographing and is often dragged by Jaime to the car - taking photos the whole way.
- Jaime didn't always used to be a photographer - in her previous life she earned a BSc in Genetics, was a real estate agent and she even wore a clown suit and waived a sign on the side of the road.
- She has recently taken up the beautiful Japanese art of flower arranging - Ikebana.
- Our favorite movies are: Into the Wild, Lost in Translation, Motorcycle Diaries, Virgin Suicides, and North Shore (Jaime has nothing to do with that one).
- We love traveling and learning new languages.
- When Dennis isn't working as a photographer he can be found DJing, surfing, fishing, and photographing his favorite locations.
- When Jaime isn't streamlining the business she can be found hanging out with her family and friends, taking a bath, researching or organizing something.
